I've had a number of issues of the last couple of years with the DPF. Majority of these have been fixed now, but have one last code appearing when running Forscan, P269F. That points to the exhaust after treatment glow plug. I Googled it and found a couple of videos on how to do it on a Focus and a Mondeo.
3716 posts · Joined 2022. #3 · Jul 19, 2023. Best way is to replace them is with a hot engine. Use plenty of release spray and the minute they get tight on the way out stop. Spray again and tighten again a bit. Keep working it back and forth until it comes out.

Putting the lights on should heat up the air inside and dry them out. There are also some rubber breather pipes on the back of the headlights; check they're not blocked as they allow the damp air to escape. If the misting becomes bad then it may be the seal around the light unit that's gone.

The Tools You Need to Replace Your Glow Plugs. Regularly checking your glow plugs’ condition and replacing them when necessary will keep your engine in top condition. To change your glow plugs, you will need: Manual torque wrench / socket wrench and ratchet. Pliers.

Typically glow plugs are more or less gone at 100,000 miles. The ECU will give a DTC only after all plugs are defective. The engine will start w/o difficulty up until -10C even w/o glow plugs. So -if the plugs are original- start by having the plugs replaced. Replacement is also doable for a DIY guy:
